How To Meditate

Meditation tips try this, You can meditate any where at home the office or even whilst going for a walk connecting with nature helps to clear the mind and enhance your physical and mental health.
How to meditate at home
Prepare a warm comfortable space to sit or lay down on a cushion, rug, yoga mat
sitting cross leg in the lotus position or sitting on a chair which ever method suits you as long as you are comfortable and warm.
Switch off all devices mobile phone etc, You can even light a candle and incense to create a tranquil atmosphere if time permitted (optional).
Set timer for 10 to 15 minutes to start with. Listen to meditation Music if you have any (optional), Or simply meditate in silence which is perfect.
Close your eyes start to breathe Inhale slow deep Breath each time your mind wonders bring your concentration back to your breath, Concentrate on your breathing until you began to feel relax.
Do this for the duration of the time you set or until the timer rings
Open your eyes slowly.
Afterward see how you feel this might be challenging if you never try meditation before but keep practicing,
Keep a Journal of how meditation make s you feel, Don't give up with steady practice you'll soon be able to meditate just like a Yoda!
